I focus on improving town-level soccer organizations, specifically focusing on helping coaches and clubs develop long-term player development strategies. My YouTube channel is all about helping volunteer coaches and town organizations learn how to prioritize long-term progress over short term rewards.

Using my 34 years of experience as a percussion instructor (along with my degree in Music Ed) I now run a small YouTube channel where I explore different aspects of drumming. Lately, I’ve been focused on electronic drum kits while I plan my new acoustic studio.
