Director of Technology - Public SPED Collaborative School, MA

Rescued a failing SIS conversion to PowerSchool. Provided technology leadership to assess and remediate multiple system issues, from integrations between systems, to network infrastructure.

Director of Technology - Regional Vocational High School, MA

Ran a small team to manage the IT needs for a standalone technical high school with 1,300 students and 160 staff. Created and implemented a 1:1 iPad program starting in 2007. Redesigned and engineered revamped network infrastructure, wifi access, Active Directory, and Google for EDU implementation. Converted SIS to PowerSchool along with multiple related systems.

Technical Director - Small City Hospital

Managed all aspects of technology in a hospital located in a small city. Supervised a staff of 30, ran a 24/7 technology department, and consulted on any hardware, IT or medical, that needed connectivity to the hospital systems. Co-HIPAA security officer. Designed a bed management system that saved the hospital $500,000 in vendor costs to improve patient flow and room availability.

Director of Information Systems and Telecommunications - Small City Hospital

Starting as a weekend computer operator, grew and expanded my role until I directed all computer and telecom systems and personnel. Designed online documentation platform for all nursing functions. Designed and wrote an OR scheduling and reporting system. Managed a team of 15 staff covering a 24/7 technology and telecom operation.

Board Member - Local Community Organization

Long-time board member of my town soccer organization. Held various roles, including designing new web sites, managing over 1,000 player registrations, coaching teams from Pre-K through high school ages, and developing town-wide programs to develop players from Pre-K through 8th grade.
